Support Information
Our ministry is supported by churches and individuals who believe in the ministry God has given us. There are several ways in which to give support.
Online - One Time Offering or Monthly Support
If you would like to give either a one-time offering or give support on a regular monthly basis (which is tax deductible), there is a secure Assemblies of God web site where you can make a donation online by credit card: Assemblies of God Contributions.
Mail-in Pledge Form
A different way to make a monthly pledge of support is to click on the PDF thumbnail below, which will open an interactive pledge form. (If it doesn't open, see sidebar link to get the free Adobe Reader).
There are several ways this form can be handled.
1.) The pledge form can be filled out on your computer and emailed to:

2.) Or it can be printed out and mailed to our headquarters at:

3.) Or it can be filled out and faxed to the AGWM headquarters at: (417) 862-0085.
Instructions concerning filling out the pledge form:
- The part at the top is for your own records, if you want to print it out.
- Don't worry about the line that says Donor's Account Number. This is a number that will be assigned to you by the AGWM.
- Check the box where it says Personal Pledge if you are an individual, or Church Pledge if a church.
- Then fill out your name and your mailing address below that.
- Underneath that, on the line that says Total Monthly, write in whatever amount you would like to give on a monthly basis.
- At the bottom of the page, sign the form and write in your phone number and the date.
- You can then send in the form by email, fax, or post.
Instructions concerning writing checks and sending in support:
Whenever you want to send in your support, make a check out payable to "AGWM" for the amount you will give, and then in the memo/note area of the check, write "Harvey & Maria Skinner acct 266-4373" and then mail the check to the AGWM address:

Donations and offerings are tax deductible, and after you send in your support, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt from the AGWM headquarters.
