Welcome to the Ministering to Muslims website! This website is intended to be a resource for those who wish to better understand Islam, and to also provide tools for those who want to share the good news of Jesus Christ with Muslims.

It would be wrong to assume, even if a Muslim has immigrated to the non-Muslim lands of the West, that he is likely to know what is the gospel of Jesus Christ. The word Injil, which is what Muslims call the gospel, is derived from the Greek word evangel, which translated literally means “tidings”. As Muslims understand it, however, the Injil is a book of Islamianslated literally means “tidings”. As Muslims understand it, however, the Injil is a book ofc laws and pronouncements that was delivered to the prophet Jesus by the angel Gabriel, similar to the way that the Quran is believed to have been Christ.good news, or good tidings”. Jesus and Muhammad (Muhammad and Jesus)

Here we have the book Jesus and Muhammad (Muhammad and Jesus in Arabic) available for download in various languages. There are also some tracts in Arabic which can be downloaded and printed out for distribution.

Born in Egypt, Mark Gabriel (not his original name) was raised as a fundamentalist Muslim. By the age of twelve he had memorized the whole Quran, and after finishing school he went on to earn his doctorate in Islamic History at Al Azhar University in Cairo, the most prestigious Islamic university and the world’s leading authority on correct Muslim doctrine. He later became a professor of Islamic History at Al Azhar, but while teaching there he inwardly began to question Islam. Through miraculous experiences, he ended up becoming a Christian, and had to flee Egypt for his life. Eventually coming to the United States, he has since written several books on Islam, including Jesus and Muhammad. In this fascinating and very readable book, Mark Gabriel lays out the life, history, and messages of both Jesus and Muhammad side by side. Written by someone who is an authority on Islam and a former Muslim imam, it is a powerful book for both Muslims and non-Muslims to read. Just click on a book icon to download.

If you would like to read Jesus and Muhammad in English, you can order it online from Amazon.com at this link or in Europe from Amazon.co.uk at this link.

Tracts in Arabic

Most of these tracts are two-sided. You can print the first side on one page, then, using the same paper, print the second side. Remember that Arabic reads from right to left, so the end is usually where the beginning in English would be. To download, click on the paper size you want to use (A4 - Europe, Letter - North America).

For the PDF versions, be sure when printing to set the Page Orientation to "Landscape", and set Page Scaling to "None".

Tract 1 The Love of God for Man – This tract speaks about the love that God has for man, which is something foreign to Islam’s understanding of God. There are small marks on the tract showing where to fold it. The graphic that says “L’amore de Dio per l’uomo” is on the front with the back of the folded tract being blank (you can put your church information there).

Tract 2 Is it True the Bible has been Changed? – This tract deals with the Muslim charge that the Bible has been changed.

This tract is two sided, but doesn’t need folding. You can hand it out with the graphic facing up, but the tract is actually started from the other side,  beginning on the right. Print it so the Arabic numerals above the column headings are facing up on both sides. Your church information can go under the graphic.

Tract 3 The Meaning of the Son of God – This tract discusses what it means that Jesus is the Son of God. Islam has a very misguided understanding of what Christians believe, and this tract helps to explain this subject to Muslims.

This tract is two sided, but doesn’t need folding. You can hand it out with the graphic facing up, but the tract is actually started from the other side,  beginning on the right. Print it so the Arabic numerals above the column headings are facing up on both sides. Your church information can go under the graphic.
